Bamboo Tree Vietnamese Rice Noodle
NO food additives and chemicals
1. Soak rice noodles in cool water for about 60 minutes. Drain rice noodles and discard water.
2. Place softened rice noodles in boiling water and cook for about 1 minute.
3. Drain rice noodles and put it into the bowl.
4. The rice noodles now can be used with broth or fried with vegetable, meat, seafood and other spices.
Pan-Fry style: Adding your favorite meat such as chicken, pork, beef, egg or seafood. Add some seasoning to your taste. Ready how pan, add some cooking oil, frying evenly in couple minutes. Pour all in the rice noodles, stir well and serve immediately.
Ingredients: Rice Flour 87.7%, Water 12.3%, Salt 0%.
